Post go-live and after an agreed handover period, dedicated Dynama Customer Success Teams around the world liaise closely with customers to provide third-line support for OneView. Office-hours support is provided for locations in Europe, Asia, Australasia and North America. Additional training plans can be developed to build the confidence of in-house teams.
