With 25 years of experience of working with major organisations worldwide, Dynama brings in-depth knowledge and wide-ranging expertise to enable organisations to effectively deploy their most valuable asset; their people in optimal synchronisation with equipment and their working environment.

We set exceptionally high standards and deliver global support and service by building strong long-term relationships with our customers based on trust and commitment.

Dynama’s first major contract was awarded in 1995 with British defence organisations using its products to optimise force deployment and training management. It soon became clear that the same skills and expertise could be applied to other organisations with complex, multi-skilled workforces including maritime, offshore engineering companies and others.

Headquartered in London, England the company provides services and support to its international customer base through offices in the UK, Australia and a presence in the USA.

Leadership team

Andrew Lloyd

Managing Director

Andrew leads the Dynama business worldwide. He has over 30 years’ experience in the global IT industry including senior roles in private equity and venture capital backed companies plus public enterprises such as Oracle and CA. Andrew has extensive workforce management experience having previously been Chief Customer Officer at Workplace Systems. Prior to joining Dynama in March 2019, Andrew was President of cyber security company Corero Network Security plc. “My passion is for delighting customers, who are the best market advocates to support Dynama’s business growth. Delivering on our promise to solve complex workforce management challenges, in safety critical and high skill level environments is key to earning customer trust.”

Deepak Poria

General Manager APAC

Deepak leads Dynama Pty in APAC. Based in Canberra Australia, he is responsible for Sales, Services and Support across the entire APAC region. Previously senior consultant for DWS Consulting, Deepak (MSc) joined as federal program manager for Allocate Software before taking over Dynama Pty. He has significant experience in managing the implementation and expansion of Organisational Design and Workforce Management software in both the commercial and Government environments. “I believe the two key things to deliver the best business outcome are having a well-trained, future ready workforce and the optimal use of the available resources.”

Lee Clarke

General Manager US/EMEA

Lee has responsibility for sales and customer facing teams in the northern Hemisphere including North America and Europe, working to ensure that each customer maximises the utility of Dynama solutions to achieve business and customer success. Lee joined Allocate in 1996 as a software developer and then consultant. He has over 20 years’ business and IT experience in consultancy, management and software development, including 15 in cruise, shipping and offshore engineering. “I enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of finding solutions that meet our customers’ needs and helping to remove the complexity from workforce management.”

David Moller

Director of Software Development

David is responsible for the technical and functional direction of our software products. He champions development processes that provide timely, quality solutions that deliver concrete business success. David has worked in development management across many industries including; workforce management, eCommerce and publishing, applying his team management experience by introducing and embedding agile practices to deliver quality solutions. “I think it is vital that development teams are effective and pragmatic to provide timely, high-quality solutions that achieve tangible business value.”

Julian Goodridge

International Director Defence

Julian works with our international defence customers, applying his experience in training, project and product management, sales support and the military sector to help their organisations benefit from intelligent resource optimisation. Julian (BEng) was technical officer at UK’s Ministry of Defence. Joining Allocate in 1996, he was responsible from the beginning for Allocate’s Australian Defence Force (Navy, Army and Air) programme. “My experience working in all areas of the organisation has given me a grass roots understanding of how workforce and resource management can really deliver business value for our customers.”

Lieutenant General Sir Mark Mans KCB CBE DL

Senior Advisor

Sir Mark Mans served in the Corps of Royal Engineers during a military career lasting over 40 years seeing regimental and operational service worldwide. Prior to retirement in 2012, Sir Mark served on the Army Board as the Adjutant General. He is also a Deputy Lieutenant of Hampshire and devotes much of this time to charity work in the military sector. “Dynama is at an exciting time in the company’s growth – there is a great team in place and I look forward to working with everyone to bring their plans into fruition.”
